Loads of wonderful seafood, deli, fruit and veggies sold here. And they have great variety of souvenirs and general clothing items too!

Yummy fresh jam doughnuts! 6 for $6. Many people bought half dozen without looking! We bought only 2, which costs $2 as well. What good marketing tactic!

The best selling food in the market, Boreks! The shop is located in the area which sells breads, cheese and delis. It’s like Turkish fried filled pastries. We have to wait quite a long time, but it’s just satisfying, hot Borek for $2.50 each. We tried their Spicy Lamb and Cheese & Spinach. YUMS.

Melbourne Exhibition building

Lygon Street, the Italian Precinct in Melb. With so many pizza ristorante, gelato shops and cafes to satisfy you! A very big café, Brunetti has the most tempting cakes. GOSH!!! But very expensive neh. .  .

Yarra River

  National Gallery of Victoria (NGV)****. Free entrance, but there’s entrance fee for special exhibitions.

Luna Park at St Kilda. This theme park looks so old school. There is an operator standing on the roller coaster (between two carriage), looks like controlling the machine. Wow, this is not modern at all! And it’s a risky job for that man!

 

The Acland Cake Shop. The cake shops in St Kilda (Acland St) looks all so tempting. Their cakes displayed neatly by the window panel. We cannot resist the temptation, so we tried this shop’s berry cheese cake. Well, it looks better than it taste! It taste like a month old cake =.= NO GO . . .

Starbucks’s caramel cheesecake is much better than that! Even the birds came in uninvited!

 

With a five star kitchen at David’s house, we cooked dinner with the company of Matilda (the dog) =)
