Tasman Peninsular

The Blowhole

At Tasman Peninsular, there are many interesting places to go besides the Port Arthur historic site. The Tasman Arch, Blowhole, Pirates Bay.

Cape Hauy, from a lookout near Tasman Arch
That morning, our initial plan is to walk to Cape Hauy, it takes about 5 hours return but when we drove to Tasman National Park, only then we realize that the walking track was closed. Again because we didn't check with the visitor information first. OOPs...

 The Tasman Arch

Tessellated Pavement*****, Eaglehawk Neck. It’s a natural formation resulted from salt crystals mixed with sea water and thus breaking up the pavement after years.

Pirates Bay, from a very high lookout. It's a long and steep drive to this lookout, very bumpy road. . . The Eaglehawk neck is on the left side, but the view is obstructed by many trees.

The Blowhole, Tasman Kitchen & Tasman Arch are all located around Pirates Bay.

A very unique table, at the Federation Chocolate Factory museum.

Federation Chocolate Factory. They are the only company making Apple Chocolate. It’s good!

Remarkable Cave*****
Another main highlight in Tasman is taking a 3 hour boat cruise around the peninsular. Costs about $110 person. Due to budget constraint, we didn’t join the cruise. Nevermind loh. . .  haha.
