Family Trip VIII Mt Tamborine

Felicity's Vintage Antique Shop, so beautifully decorated

The third day in Brisbane, after deciding not to go Moreton Island (because it cost about $170 for a day tour) we went to Mount Tamborine, about an hour drive with our little Koala fitting 6 people. It is nearer to go from GC, about 40 mins. 

Mount Tamborine***** is a nice place where you can spend the whole day doing window shopping, wine and cheese tasting or spend money on good food. Our first stop is this unique antique shop/cafe, Felicity's Vintage.

Wine tasting at Mount Tamborine Cellar

Had a late lunch at Georges Paragon. Their decor is really beautiful with Greek paintings all around. It is a Greek restaurant and the food is superb! Though they advertise promotion of half price menu for lunch and dinner (they really only have a fix menu price) but the price is reasonable and the service is 5*. .


After lunch we went to the cheese factory but they close at 4pm! Most shops operate from 10am to 4pm.
